We offer time-limit free wedding packages in San Diego. We also offer Engagement Sessions, Bridal Shoots, Boudoir, and Family Portrait Sessions.
How many wedding photographers will be present in the KSmithson wedding photography package?
Our full Time-Limit Free Wedding Packages always include two lead shooters. We never shoot without each other. We have each other’s back so we can have yours. Having two shooters allows more comprehensive coverage of the wedding day. This allows us to capture timeless, authentic photos of both the groom and the bride’s faces during the ceremony. With teamwork, we can also capture the way the guests love the couple and all of those small candid moments as the day unfolds. It also helps us to be able to get those creative shots which shine personality.
How long have you been shooting weddings? How many weddings have you photographed?
KSmithson Photography has been in business for 8 years running. Since then, we have shot around 200 weddings! Our expert experience is combined with our drive to create timeless, authentic photos while crafting beautiful relationships with our clients. To us, it is not just a job. It’s about remembering the lives we lived.
Do you shoot digitally? With film? Or both?
KSmithson shoots on Canon DSLRs. We currently do not shoot on film.
My Venue is requiring photographers that are backed by insurance… Does KSmithson Photography have insurance?
Yes! We are fully covered by insurance. We have everything in place to make your day and planning as easy and stress- free as possible.
Can we see the full galleries of a few of your recent weddings?
Absolutely! We are proud to share our work. Please feel free to look so you can get a full scope of what our work entails. While we do not take the same images for every wedding, you can expect very similar styles for yours.
Do you include engagement photos in your packages? What about pre-wedding events like rehearsal dinners?
Our Engagement Experiences are sold separately from our Wedding Packages. We DO however offer a discount on our engagement experiences for those who book us for their wedding day as well. We do not include any rehearsal dinner coverage in our time-limit free wedding photography at the moment. Coverage from our time-limit free wedding photography pertains only to the actual day of the wedding. However, we would be happy to chat about any extra coverage that you would like!
Can we order prints or albums directly from you?
Every wedding package will come with a complimentary KSmithson custom album. It will be delivered to you along with a custom USB drive with all of your images for personal keeping. Any other print requested can be purchased directly through us.
So how many photos will I recieve with our wedding package?
We deliver every usable photo that we take, meaning unless the photo is unfocused or deemed unsuable by our team, it will be delivered to the client. On average, our weddings packages will recieve anywhere from 800-1,200 edited, stylized, and finished photos.
How would you describe your working style? Do you prefer to blend into the background to capture candid moments, or do you like to be more visible and take charge to choreograph images?
In order to capture the shots that we do, our team does both. We will help direct some poses, while at the same time we will be capturing candid moments all around. We work as a team so we can be sure to capture all the unique things that make your love as special as it is.
When can I expect my photos to be delivered?
We have photos from your event delivered in an personal online gallery within 30 days of your event. We typically will have a few photos ready within 72 hours of the wedding and post them on our social media account (unless a privacy policy was discussed)… we can’t help ourselves!
