I’m Rae– I’m the face (and camera) behind KSmithson Photography. I’ve been photographing weddings for over a decade, and what keeps me coming back is how different each one feels. No two couples are the same—and that’s exactly what makes this job so fun. I genuinely love meeting new people and getting to know the story behind the day. I’m not just here to take pretty pictures—I’m here to capture your wedding as it actually happens, with all the unexpected, hilarious, emotional, and unrepeatable moments that make it yours. Weddings aren’t one-size-fits-all, and your photos shouldn’t be either. Whether you’re throwing a backyard bash, an all-out party, or something completely your own, I’m all in. When I’m not behind the lens, you’ll probably find me road-tripping up the coast with my rescue English bulldog, Louis (who has stronger opinions than most brides). I’m also a fan of spontaneous detours, good playlists, and give me all the local coffee shops— like every basic b*tch 😜 Seriously though.
